Pintaudi was founded in Trieste in 2004 as a small workshop specializing in the production of breakfast baked goods. Its founder, Giuseppe Pintaudi, has been passionate about pastry and baked goods since he was young, drawing inspiration from one of the great traditions of his native region, Sicily.
Within a few years, Pintaudi expanded its production. In 2008, the company moved to its current facility, where new recipes and the first packaging designs took shape. Success came from the insight to explore the breakfast niche, anticipating trends and tastes while drawing from the rich tradition of Italian breakfasts.
