International Chocolate Day is celebrated worldwide on July 7. Observed since 2009, this annual festivity of chocolate celebrates the anniversary of the introduction of chocolate to Europe in 1550.
So many days of celebration, one magic ingredient: Her Majesty Chocolate!
Throughout the year, around the world, there are many chocolate-related celebrations. Special calendar days dedicated to chocolate are abundant: National Chocolate Day in the United States on October 28; International Chocolate Day for the U.S. National Confectioners Association on September 13 on the birth date of legendary American chocolatier Milton S. Hershey (September 13, 1857). But not only that. In addition, there are also a thousand variations for all tastes: National Milk Chocolate Day, National White Chocolate Day, and National Cocoa Day. In short, any excuse is good to enjoy some more of the food of the gods.

The important thing is that they are of excellent quality (nothing more frustrating than receiving bad chocolate)! Here for you a selection of simply delicious chocolate boxes. Impossible to go wrong!
Celebrate World Chocolate Day with this delicious “Cioccolata Fredda”
If you were convinced that chocolate in a cup was a delicacy exclusive to the colder months of the year, know that this is not the case. To celebrate World Chocolate Day, we recommend this simple and tasty cold chocolate, perfect as a summer dessert. Here is the recipe and the ingredients for two people. It only takes two components to create this mouthwatering recipe: chocolate (10 oz) and heavy whipping cream (1 cup). You can choose either dark or milk chocolate, it depends on your taste! Our selections of high-quality chocolates will guarantee excellent results. Here are the directions. Chop the chocolate and place it in a bowl. Heat the heavy whipping cream in the microwave or in a small saucepan (without boiling it!). Pour the heavy whipping cream over the chopped chocolate. Stir with a spoon (possibly a wooden spoon) until creamy. At this point, place the chocolate in glasses and refrigerate them for 2 hours before serving. You can decorate it with chopped hazelnuts or strawberries. Another option is to garnish it with fresh mint leaves. Also, you can opt for a dollop of whipped cream.
